LEARN TO DRIVE AT 16 OR IF YOUR NERVOUS ABOUT DRIVING
No provisional license is required. If you are only 16 years old your driving tuition can be arranged on an off-road course at Westpoint in Exeter. This can give good experience of road-sense.
INTENSIVE COURSES
This method of learning has been designed for learners who wish to condense tuition into a shorter time span. You should arrange to take and pass your theory test and once this is done either yourself or Advance can book your practical test.
INTENSIVE COURSES AVAILABLE:
1. 30 Hours of tuition -suitable for learners with little or no experience
2. 20 Hours of tuition -suitable for learners with a little experience
3. 10 Hours of tuition -suitable for learners who are experienced or who
have been unsuccessful on previous tests.
INSTRUCTOR TRAINING
There are 3 parts to becoming a successful driving instructor!
- Part 1 – The Theory. This is a 100 multiple choice questions where you must score a minimum of 85 points. We provide home-study packs for this part of the theory
- Part 2 – A driving test. This is a one-hour driving test which will test your ability to drive. You are allowed 6 minor faults with no serious/dangerous faults.
- Part 3 – Ability to Teach. This is a one-hour test on the ability of you instructing the Senior Examiner on various applications of training.
